Triarch Operating Standard

Pursuit of Excellence

Triarch operates under a simple principle: Every job, every client interaction, and every decision must reflect the standard of excellence we are building this company on. Excellence is not defined by effort alone. It is defined by systems, accountability, and execution. The following standards guide how we operate.

1. Client Standard

Every client should experience the same level of professionalism regardless of job size. Triarch commits to:

  • Clear communication before work begins
  • Transparent pricing and expectations
  • Reliable scheduling and arrival times
  • Clean and organized work sites
  • Immediate resolution of issues when they arise

The client should always feel that Triarch is in control of the process.

2. Job Execution Standard

Every job follows a structured process:

  1. Scope Clarity – Before work begins, the scope must be clearly defined. No guessing.
  2. Preparation – Equipment, materials, and personnel must be ready before arriving on site.
  3. Execution – Work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a professional standard.
  4. Quality Check – Before leaving a site, the job is reviewed to ensure it meets Triarch’s standards.
  5. Documentation – Photos, notes, or job records are documented in the system.

This process ensures consistent delivery across all jobs.

3. Communication Standard

Communication is a core part of professionalism. Triarch commits to:

  • Prompt responses to clients and partners
  • Clear and direct communication internally
  • No assumptions or unclear expectations
  • Immediate reporting of problems or delays

Problems are addressed early, not hidden.

4. Vendor & Trade Partner Standard

Triarch’s subcontractors represent the company to clients. All partners must meet the following requirements:

  • Professional conduct on site
  • Proper insurance and qualifications
  • Clear communication with Triarch
  • Adherence to agreed pricing and scope

Triarch maintains the right to remove partners who do not meet these standards.

5. Internal Accountability

Every team member is responsible for the success of the company. Expectations include:

  • Ownership of responsibilities
  • Respect for teammates and partners
  • Continuous improvement of systems and processes
  • Commitment to the company’s long-term vision

Triarch succeeds when everyone takes responsibility for the outcome.

6. Continuous Improvement

Excellence is a process, not a fixed state. Triarch constantly evaluates:

  • Job execution
  • Client feedback
  • Operational efficiency
  • Vendor performance

Systems will evolve as the company grows.
